The Village of North Hatley is located in the Appalachians mountains
at the north end of beautiful Lake Massawippi. North Hatley is one
of the most picturesque village in Québec. It is an heaven
of tranquility, arts and gastronomy. The activities available are:
canoe, kayak, cruise on Lake Massawippi, North Hatley Golf Club,
fishing, municipal beach, horseback riding, hiking, cycling, water
skiing, wakeboard lessons, underground tour in an old copper mine,
dog and horse-drawn sleigh rides, down hill skiing at Mont Orford
and Mont Joye ski centres, cross country skiing, snowboarding, guided
tour of the village in a horse-drawn carriage, the Piggery theatre,
lake side music festival and the Saturday market.
