This three star country home is located in the quiet and picturesque Village
of Hatley in Eastern Townships, well situated between North Hatley and
Ayer's Cliff on the east side of Lake Massawippi near the Vermont border.
This is a great location for relaxing with an amazing view over looking
the mountains and pastures. Summer activities include cycling, antique
shopping, restaurants (within a 2 mile distance from 5 Star Restaurants),
touring, etc. The winter activities are skating on the Town Common, snowmobiling,
cross country & downhill skiing at Mont Orford and other surrounding
ski areas.
This charming three bedroom house was recently renovated. It is completely
furnished with a large kitchen and living room. It has a 2 piece bathroom
on the main floor and a 3 piece bathroom on the second floor, laundry
room and mud room.

The Living room is very cozy and has a beautiful pine floor. It is a
great room for entertaining or watching TV at night time. A TV with VHS/VCR
and a stereo system are available. Please note that there is no cable
or satellite service but an antenna allows reception of the local channels.
The enclosed sun room is great for doing a little ready or for listening
to some music.

| The kitchen is bright, has a lovely sitting area and lots
of room to work. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, kettle,
toaster, microwave, dishes, utensils, dish cloths and dish towels. |

| The lovely master bedroom,located on the second floor, was
redecorated in 2006 and has a brand new queen size bed. The master
bedroom is on the side of the house overlooking the mountains! Bed linen
is provided. |

| The 2nd bedroom has two single beds and it overlooks the mountains.

| 3rd Bedroom |

| The 3rd bedroom is a bed sitting room with a single bed and
two nice reading chairs Lots of light from the two windows which also have
a nice view. Bed linen is provided. |

There is a 3 piece bathroom on the second floor near the bedrooms. This
bathroom has a shower only and no bathtub.
A 2 piece bathroom provides convenience on the main floor.
All towels are supplied.

This property offers an excellent weekend package. Arrive anytime on Friday
after 3 pm and leave by 6 pm, Monday. This gives you Friday, Saturday &
Sunday nights as well as all day Monday. Great for skiers who want to enjoy
Sunday skiing or for those who want to avoid the weekend traffic.
